Some people use a sharpie marker to draw lines of where they measured so that they measure the exact same area after. Write the measurements down.

  • Most people don’t do this one… by doing this you’ll get really good results each time you wrap. Take a hot shower right before applying the wrap to open up your pores. Do NOT use any soap or lotion as these can block pores and keep the lotion from properly absorbing. This is especially true of anything that is moisturizing. Just stand in the shower and let the hot water open your pores. Do Not wash the area you are going to wrap. Skin brushing before your shower also yields great results.

When you look at your before and after pictures it’s best to view them side by side for comparison. If you are using your cellphone please make sure not to just scroll through your cell phone. You won’t be able to actually see the difference that way. Use an app like “picframe” and put them SIDE BY SIDE, before any wraps, and then the after.
